2. Select View Folder
3. Login with Google account.
4. Select Upload
5. Browse for file and upload

Uploading times will vary according to size of audio/video file.
An email confirmation will be sent to you when the file has been received by myself or staff.
You must have a Google email account in order to upload using this process.  
If you prefer to use another method, yousendit.com and filesend.com have free trial periods for their large file sending products.
