I work with Start/Stop Software which allows me to transcribe from just about any audio/video format such as: MP3, wav, avi, MOV, wmp, mpeg, dvd, and cd.  

Rates are per audio/video minute

When submitting your project please indicate if you want smooth verbatim (um's, uh's, false starts taken out) or strict verbatim (all utterances included).

If you have a preferred method for sending files, just email me and let me know what is coming.   

Otherwise, files can be sent to me via DropBox (a free service).  Simply send an email to info@hesstranscriptions.com and I will send you an invitation and instructions on how to send your files.  It is as easy as copy and paste and DropBox is secure.
